POSITIVE THINKING

WHAT IS POSITIVE THINKING ?

HOW DOES IT AFFECT MY DAY TO DAY LIFE?

Well simply, the way YOU think, affects the way YOU act and react to any given situation in YOUR life.

It can start from the first time you open your eyes in the morning,

to how you look at your work day all the way you interact with people.

If your feeling down, underappreciated and negative,

then you will have feelings of  worthlessness,  be unmotivated and slightly paranoid that people don't like you

(would you like someone who looks on the negative side ?)

BUT if you woke up, after a great nights sleep, with a passion for the day and job that you do, excited about the people your going to meet along the way and what your going to achieve, then you will attract people to you, and you will motivate them to feel better and so the reaction continues.

THE CHOICE IS ALWAYS YOURS.

HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU HEARD SOMEONE SAY

"OH ITS MONDAY, I HATE MONDAYS"

OR

"I TRIED TO DO SOMETHING, BUT  I KNEW IT WOULDNT WORK, SO I DIDN'T REALLY TRY AT IT, BUT IT DIDN'T WORK ANYWAY, SO I WAS RIGHT?"

"THE DIET DOESN'T WORK"

"I WILL DO THAT TOMORROW"

Thinking something is a negative or that has a negative connotation, will have a negative result.

Acting in a negative way, will ONLY ever get negative results.

Reacting in a negative way will ONLY ever return negative actions.

You have the freedom to choose how you think, feel or react,

SO WHY MAKE THE ONLY OUTCOME A NEGATIVE ONE?

So why do people set themselves up to fail?

Most people will start something, with the initial idea that its good, but the sudden gusto is soon overtaken by irrational thoughts in the brain saying " I think it may not work, or I think I could possibly look silly, or could possibly fail, and that they are going to give it a TRY, and when it fails, will try something else, and give that a TRY.

The ONLY thing this thinking has produced is confirmation in your head, that something didn't work - so why try??

but the reality is usually, it would have worked, if YOU just DID IT instead of going half hearted to TRY IT, with the preconceived idea, that your going to FAIL.

BUT I HAVE FAILED AT IT BEFORE, IT WONT WORK

I hate it when people say something is NOT going to work, because they tried it once before.

My response is this

"When you tried to walk for the first time, you didn't manage it on the first, second, or even third attempt"

but did your parents say

"oh well that's it, its never going to happen, lets move on, and leave it"

That would be ridiculous,

and so is saying something doesn't or never will work after 1 or 2 attempts.

Designers or inventors don't come up with ideas,

and they work straight away,

but they had an idea, amended it, tried it, if it doesn't work,

amended it again, tried again, and again, and again, until the idea works.

This is the mentality I wish to grow in people, the idea that just because it didn't work, if you have belief that it will, then keep at it, because I feel people are told they cant do something,

more than they are told they CAN.

WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO TELL YOU THAT YOU CANT ACHIEVE SOMETHING -

ONLY YOU CAN TELL YOU THAT.

Within your life time, you will come across thousands if not millions of reasons why you shouldn't do something, that you know you do want to do, such as a trip, job, relationship, exercise or anything,

but with correct training and personal development skills, these "what if" or "negative" thoughts will not affect your belief or interfere with your end goals.

The pursuit of a goal or goals, will become a pleasure, with great rewards along the way, both personally and financially.

I WOULD LIKE TO HELP YOU TO CHANGE, GROW AND ACHIEVE.
